Refund policy

Overview
  • Eligibility Period: You have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Types of Compensation: We offer Store Credit and Exchanges of equal value only.

  • Contact Requirement: Contact us at support@swati.com with your order number before sending back any products. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Store Credit Requirements:

    • Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened due to hygiene reasons.

    • Products bought during sales, at discounted prices, or with discount codes above 20% are not eligible.

    • Only purchases from our official website www.swati.com are eligible.

    • Products from authorized retail/reseller stores should be returned to the reseller.

  • Outbound Shipping Costs: Deducted from the Store Credit as actual.

  • Handling Charges: 350 SEK plus 20 SEK per product for non-redeemed packages. No Store Credit will be issued if order amount is less than the handling charges.

Important Notes
  • Store Credit Only: No cash refunds are provided.

  • Notification Period: Your package remains available for 7-14 days after SMS or Email notification before being returned to our warehouse.

How to Return a Product
  1. Contact Support: Email support@swati.com to initiate a return for Store Credit.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Use recommended mail or a trackable package.

    • Ensure the product reaches us within 14 days of receipt.

  3. Download Return Form:

    • Open your order confirmation email.

    • Click 'View Your Order'.

    • Download the return label from the 'Return Label For Your Order' section.

    • Print the return label.

  4. Shipping Expenses: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Complaints
  • Timeline: Raise complaints within 48 hours of order receipt.

  • Process: Email support@swati.com with supporting images.

  • Resolution: Replacements or Store Credit for valid complaints only.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
  • Delivery Confirmation: Based on the delivery partner's official website.

  • Action for Lost/Stolen Packages: Wait 30 days post-shipment, file a police report, and then provide it to us for a Store Credit of equal value.

Order Cancellation and Modification
  • Cancellation: Not possible if the order is processed and packed.

  • Modification: It is possible to change address and contact details only before shipping. Contact support@swati.com immediately. It is not possible to modify product selection.

Store Credit Details
  • Validity: 60 days from issuance.

  • Currency: Issued in SEK, our base currency. Conversion rates may vary at the time of redemption.
